General terms and conditions of sale
The website www.ecocomfort.hr is owned by ECO COMFORT doo, Buje, Juki-Kaštel 158, OIB: 46639582591, share capital 20,000.00 kn, competent court Commercial Court in Pazin. The content of the website www.ecocomfort.hr is owned by ECO COMFORT doo and may be used only with the express permission of the copyright holder. The Supplier (Seller) is Eco Comfort doo, and the Buyer of goods is a visitor to the e-commerce site who selects at least one product, fills out an electronic order form and sends it to the Seller. The Seller's e-commerce site enables the purchase of all products found on the Seller's website. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale have been drawn up in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act. By using the website www.ecocomfort.hr, users accept the published general terms and conditions. ECO COMFORT doo reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions on the website www.ecocomfort.hr at any time and without prior notice. All changes to the general terms and conditions are binding for users. All prices are expressed in the Croatian national currency, the Croatian kuna (HRK), including VAT. The point of sale is located in the Republic of Croatia.

Only users from the Republic of Croatia can shop in the e-store.

Unilateral termination of the contract by the buyer
The contract that the Buyer enters into with ECO COMFORT doo for the purchase and sale of products is a one-time contract for the purchase and sale of products that is consummated by the delivery of the goods by the Seller and the payment made by the Buyer, in case it is not terminated. These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement between ECO COMFORT doo and the customer. Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, i.e. delivery of the last product from the order. The contract can be terminated unilaterally by sending an e-mail message to info@ecocomfort.hr.

Payment methods
The Buyer will pay the Seller for the ordered products, including delivery costs, based on the offer (e.g. general payment slip, etc.) via banks, post offices, internet banking or in cash if they choose the option of receiving the goods on delivery.
If the Buyer pays by general payment slip, in the "Payer" section it is necessary to enter their name, surname and address. In the "Recipient" section it is necessary to enter: ECO COMFORT doo, Juki-Kaštel 158, 52460 Buje. In the "Recipient's account number" section it is necessary to enter: HR7023800061140027585. In the "Reference number" section it is necessary to enter: offer number.
If the Buyer decides to pay upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to pay for the goods only upon receipt. The Buyer is obliged to settle the invoice for the ordered product with the delivery person upon delivery of the ordered product. Payment to the delivery person is only possible in cash. In the event that the Buyer is unable to receive the shipment at the defined address at the time of delivery, the delivery person leaves a notification of the arrival of the shipment. Delivery costs are included in the price regardless of the type and quantity of the ordered products.
The invoice will be attached to the package (or one of the packages if the ordered goods are delivered in several packages), unless the delivery address is different from the customer's address. In this case, the invoice will be sent by e-mail to the customer's address.

Shipping and delivery
Products are delivered via transport companies that provide transport services or by self-delivery. Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building. The products will be packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When receiving the product, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept a shipment with visible external damage. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted. The goods are insured against loss in delivery, and if the buyer does not receive any notification or delivery from the Seller even after 7 days of placing the order, he must inform him so that the Seller can ensure that the shipment is found or send a replacement. The goods are delivered within 7 working days from the date of order and delivery depends on the quantity and type of goods.

Return of goods and complaints
The Buyer has the right to return the goods in the following cases: when goods that were not ordered are delivered, and when goods that are defective or damaged are delivered. The Seller will approve the return of the goods to the Buyer after receiving a justified complaint by e-mail, telephone or in writing, with instructions for returning the goods. Products cannot be returned if they have been used. In the event of failure to deliver the goods, the Seller will refund the Buyer. In the event of a return of goods that is not due to the supplier's fault, the Buyer bears all handling costs incurred.

Complaint
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can submit a complaint to ECO COMFORT doo. A written complaint can be submitted by post (Juki 158 – Kaštel, 52460 Buje) or by e-mail to info@ecocomfort.hr. The complaint must include the order number. ECO COMFORT doo will send you a response, which must reach you by law within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
